Food name descriptionWhite granulated sugar refers to the pure white sucrose crystal produced by concentrating, crystallizing, separating honey and drying Sugar cane juice, beet juice or raw sugar liquid after purification. This type of product also includes white sugar products. Soft white sugar refers to the sugar obtained by uniformly mixing fine-grained white sugar with an appropriate amount of conversion syrup. Brown sugar refers to the golden to reddish brown sugar made from sugarcane as raw material, extracted from sugar juice, purified, and directly boiled without honey refining. Ice sugar refers to a sheet-like sugar product made from rock sugar honey or sugar honey mixed with sugar as raw materials.
