Food name descriptionA product made from fruits or vegetables by removing a certain amount of water from juice (pulp) or vegetable juice (pulp) extracted by physical methods, and adding the same amount of water removed during the processing to restore the product with the characteristics of juice (pulp) or vegetable juice (pulp). Products containing no less than two types of concentrated fruit juice (pulp), or concentrated vegetable juice (pulp), or concentrated fruit juice (pulp) and concentrated vegetable juice (pulp) are referred to as concentrated composite fruit and vegetable juice (pulp).
